Yes. it is better to work in
India than a company like this. My friend joined Msys UK . He was on bench for more than 6 months and was not given salary. When he wanted to return to India, the company put a court case telling that he has brached the employment contract. He left the country as he was scared what will happen. Very bad experience. Advice - stay away. -

Well well .. Even i got mail & Call from Msys Hyd.. for UK Opportunity , asked me to read all terms & Condition .
They are asking me time for Technical Round , they say if i clear it , then they will ask for my papers for processing Work Permit.
Proposed Handsome Salary will be given ...
Asked to sign Bond of 5 Lacs for two years. After reading there Terms & Condition , could found that all were Employer Centric.
Asked if Offer gets processed , than they will Process my Work Permit & i have to bear VISA & Travel Expense ( what the hell ...)
No Information of Initial Accomodation ...
I think there is no harm in taking Tech round , but there policy were very very rude.
Not sure till date , that on what basis this company is fake ..
Please let us know more cases if anybody knows.

Hi Guys, Even I got a call from Msys Hyd for UK opportunity. It is a lucartive offer with handsome pay package the same mentioned above.
They will bear all expenses to process my visa and work permit and I have to bear expenses for Travel.
They assured me of Initial accomodation facilities.
I too found the terms and conditions for the bond were Employer Centric and hence I want to know if any one of you had joined or would join this company.

As per UK WP rules, you are entitled to work in UK for your employer at the said place or location for a definitive period.
These companies falsely claim they have projects while filing your papers with UK HOMEOFFICE. All work permits filed by such companies would show the primary work location as the company address (which would contain a couple of desks and chairs and nothing more). When you land up you hunt for jobs all by yourself. This is illegal as a workpermit is a temporary visa given by HM Homeoffice to fill in employments vacancies not normally fullfilled by resident UK citizens. You face the risk of being deported or worst comes to worst - imprisonment as this type of visa is not meant for "Self employment" or "Contract" and can be classified as illegal human traficking. Also companies in UK nowadays refrain from hiring of overseas nationals for contract jobs (which is the only business of this body shopper) using UK WP.
I suggest you to apply for HSMP or TIER 1 Visa using which you are free as resident UK job seekers and is 100% legal compared to above UK WP provided by the company . I was offered by the same company, but have resorted to stick home and make hay by taking up regular onsite oppurtunities from a Indian Company. -

I somehow feel that I too am in a big trap now. In fact I have not yet travelled to US. I had signed 1) Employee Services Agreement and 2)Undertaking Agreement last year (Feb 2007). I got the Visa approval docs only last month. Now these people are forcing me to sign another employee service agreement which has the clauses entirely different from the one which I had signed earlier. (Accoding to the new document I have to pay 50000$ if I leave the company before 2 years and in the earlier document it was 10000$)They are also reluctant to give me the contact detials of the employees who have already travelled to US from this company. I somehow feel that this is a big trap. The company name is MSys. Could you please help me out form this?
