Yes. it is better to work in
India than a company like this. My friend joined Msys UK . He was on bench for more than 6 months and was not given salary. When he wanted to return to India, the company put a court case telling that he has brached the employment contract. He left the country as he was scared what will happen. Very bad experience. Advice - stay away. -

Well well .. Even i got mail & Call from Msys Hyd.. for UK Opportunity , asked me to read all terms & Condition .
They are asking me time for Technical Round , they say if i clear it , then they will ask for my papers for processing Work Permit.
Proposed Handsome Salary will be given ...
Asked to sign Bond of 5 Lacs for two years. After reading there Terms & Condition , could found that all were Employer Centric.
Asked if Offer gets processed , than they will Process my Work Permit & i have to bear VISA & Travel Expense ( what the hell ...)
No Information of Initial Accomodation ...
I think there is no harm in taking Tech round , but there policy were very very rude.
Not sure till date , that on what basis this company is fake ..
Please let us know more cases if anybody knows.

Hi Guys, Even I got a call from Msys Hyd for UK opportunity. It is a lucartive offer with handsome pay package the same mentioned above.
They will bear all expenses to process my visa and work permit and I have to bear expenses for Travel.
They assured me of Initial accomodation facilities.
I too found the terms and conditions for the bond were Employer Centric and hence I want to know if any one of you had joined or would join this company.

As per UK WP rules, you are entitled to work in UK for your employer at the said place or location for a definitive period.
These companies falsely claim they have projects while filing your papers with UK HOMEOFFICE. All work permits filed by such companies would show the primary work location as the company address (which would contain a couple of desks and chairs and nothing more). When you land up you hunt for jobs all by yourself. This is illegal as a workpermit is a temporary visa given by HM Homeoffice to fill in employments vacancies not normally fullfilled by resident UK citizens. You face the risk of being deported or worst comes to worst - imprisonment as this type of visa is not meant for "Self employment" or "Contract" and can be classified as illegal human traficking. Also companies in UK nowadays refrain from hiring of overseas nationals for contract jobs (which is the only business of this body shopper) using UK WP.
I suggest you to apply for HSMP or TIER 1 Visa using which you are free as resident UK job seekers and is 100% legal compared to above UK WP provided by the company . I was offered by the same company, but have resorted to stick home and make hay by taking up regular onsite oppurtunities from a Indian Company. -

hi sir. i have been desperately asking Msys Inc to give some employee contacts so that I can get first hand information. but unfortunately they refused (wonder why ?). after reading all these comments only one response was positive. cud you please give ur mail id or contact number. how much did u pay ? did they tell what the project is about or who the client is ? because they were mentioning about 65%-35% which is fine with me. but is the job guarnteed ? will they pay salary when u do not have work ?

Well, I worked with MSys UK for three and half years and came to India on personal. As far as I know they are not going to charge anything all they do is to take the bond. They are having very good reputation in UK and Europe Markets . I am a SAP BW consultant. Very good client base company. They have given their employee contact numbers also before. This is purely my personal opinion.

Hi all,
I wish to share my experience about Msys Inc. I finished my MCA from JNTU. I was offered an job with them for their UK office in Java/J2EE.
Msys Inc pays for Initial UK Work Permit filing and Initial accomodation and food till you get your first job.
You pay for Visa stamping fees in India, Your flight to UK, europe visa if you get a job there.
Once in UK you need to look for a job from the contract job market. You will have to change your your CV with what the market wants. Once you get your first job you have to find your own accomodation from then on which is easy if you are single like me ;). You work and submit your client timesheets. You will be paid monthly based on the number of days you turned up for work.if you do not get a job - no bench salary or pay. It is simple - No Work No Pay.
About it being legal or not ?? Not entirely unless stated in your work permit who your client is. This I learnt from other UK contractors and agencies. Well, I applied for a lot of jobs. Anxious days. At that time - a few agencies/ clients closed doors as my visa status was UK Work Permit. Others were fine with it as long as you had the necessary skills. Some government projects contracts - you will not find it easy to enter as these require security clearance. Over all it was initially bit tense as it all depends on luck. I got my first assignment after a couple of months. No salary paid. My other friends got contract jobs quickly. But it all depends on market and your luck. The compamy claims to have a strong client base. As far as I can remeber - none of us were placed by Msys Inc. We had to search for contracts all by ourselves. You are lioke a independant IT consultant.
On Msys Inc Management - I have mixed opinions on this. Hyd based family business.Not professional at all. I was not very suprised to see Msys Inc in the IT Companies Blacklist list. -

Unbelievable ... why take all the risk with a UK WP and pay these companies 35% when u can get a HSMP.
If u cannot get a HSMP ... why take a risk with such bogus companies as ur stuck with them for 2 years with Rs. 5 lacs bond !!!

There are lot of bogus companies now a days in IT cities like Hyderabad, Bangalore pune and mumbai. One of those companies which im aware of is Fleur Technologies in Hyderabad. They don't pay the employees at all(when asked claims that you gave me a wrong account number , makes them work for a full month and fires. this saga continues every month) and the company paints a picture when they hire some one as an international company mean while it isn't. The owner doesnt know what he is doing.

One more company cheated second time in heart of the city in Jublihills, hyderabad Pi-international pvt ltd, hyderabad, the company has set up with 99 employes with six months salary given promptly with good hike showing and then cut down all now paying only 30% of said salary, after making profits boss eloped with personal secreatary to mumbai and possing went to u.s. for the past 3 months, Masthan takes full salary manager of pi-international and says if u want to work or go no pay we all have come from good companies Manager masthan is now showing ways on roads...no action second time... Bogus second time cheating innocent people from warangal ongole looted lot of money from them....

(Thing is that this consultant is present near to madiwalla,
So if u call to that receptionist that I want to take experience

These gays are making fool to the people and take money. from them.

I would advise people not to consider Msys UK. I am with them and I agree with other people here that their terms are totally employer centric. Avoid them completely. They are very unprofessional and hardly deliver what they promise. Better try it yourself if its UK (Tier 1) or H1B for US thru someone else who does not get misleading bonds signed. -

Just came across this blog and am totally surprised to see all these comments about this company.
I have been with this company over the last 5 years and have seen them at every stage. I know several people working with this company too.I started from scratch with this company and today also got PR, I am still with this company,Of course with different terms and conditions.( I didn’t even ask for it ,they offered it((:-)).
This is a very good company from my experience .They guided me into new technologies and provided me with valuable inputs for upgrading,which increased my daily rates also,what else can we ask for ....
They provide excellent accommodation in the initial period, provide orientation about everything I came to know that in the recent times they have had very bad experiences with many opportunist employees (which you all agree that they are there amongst us) who just used the company to get into the country and then left the company for higher salaries within months of coming into the UK (without even informing the company) so the company has set some serious T’s& C’s for the new people.
If you believe me then I would say that , what most of the comments state about this company are totally wrong. Things are not as we think they are in India, they are totally different.
I also see that all the people who have written their comments didn’t even come in the country and giving their opinions, I would say come into the UK and see how things work here.
Most of us are aware of the US way of jobs.We shouldn’t confuse with USA type,it’s a different market. The bond amount I believe is only a guarantee for the employer MSYS that you stay with them for the proposed period of 2 years (Which we agree initially) so the question doesn’t arise of invoking the bond, its only if we change our mind and ditch the company.
I know in the UK even the British companies have very serious terms and conditions set for their employees .
About marketing it’s a combined effort ,I would say. I have done several projects in the last 5 years and I know how it works.I had no issues even with my payments. In fact they supported me in the initial period too when I came into the country.
The best thing is that they also provide us with support with the European markets, particularly it would be very handy when times are tough in UK, they have systems in place to market us for Europe also.
I recommended several of my friends to MSYS and they too have no complaints so far,so don’t panic.
I am sure that they will clarify your doubts if you have any, I would strongly suggest contact MSYS directly and they will sort out your doubts, anyway everything will be in the contract.
They too are equally bound to the contract as you are.
So we dont have to worry.
About HSMP's ,i dont want to comment ,there are thousands of them ,most of them without job and if you want to come and be on your own,spending your money and then spending an additional 600- 700 pounds per month for your food and accommodation every month,while searching for your job, You are more than welcome or else be prepared to end in either in a KFC,MacDonald or a Tesco's or Sainsburys.
One of my friend even told me that many HSMP's are surviving on a temple prasad for Lunch and on a Gurudwara for Dinner at Eastham.
The choice is ours,if we want to be one amongst those thousands jobless...or to be with a company which would take care of us in a proper and genuine way. -

I am working with this company from last 3 years, and I have finished the bond period, MSys UK is a equal opportunity employer. Currently I am working in Germany and enjoying their employment. I surprised to see the message about the company, becasue I know few of our friends were not good at their skill sets and basically fudged their experiences and came into the company. And Company has provided so many interviews which these people are getting onto the client projects. They are really good at sourcing our profile to their client base. That was not the moderator. That was me. Neway, what I wanted to say was people here have put in their own experiences with the companies they worked with. So there is definitely some truth to stuff told here, black listed or not.
This is a good blog for people who are thinking on coming to any foreign soil and dont have a clue what they will be getting into. I wish I had come across this blog before I came here through one of these weird companies.
Its very apalling to see our own indian brothers opening such companies and duping indians themselves. I think its all about being taken for granted which causes these issues later. -

Please dont go into the minds of people who support this company those are nothing but the adminstration staff in company venu or ramprasad... they would bluff with those good things. I am not the competitor neither have any company , I am just previous employee of this company who like many other previous employees suffered a lot with unprofessional Admin people. I worked there for 1.5 years, never got my salary on time for example June salary you will get end of July that too very with many cuts...If i am worng ask the msys staff directly about when u will after getting the job.
These people will not support the employee at all. Beleive me their marketing is Bulshit they dont have clients at all you have search for ur job no support on this... they will say that they will market will CV but dont believe them... ask them to put u in CC for the maeketing they do them you will know all of the mails they send are from the jobserve only.
If will be given accomodation only for the first job atfer that if u r looking for next job they give you bench salary and no accomodation and absolute zero support from them.
If some employee gets Perm good job they wont let you go... If you go they will put a case on you in county court which happened to so many of my friends. Just think about current economic situation we will not get contracts that easily..so if you think of going for perm which is easy to get when companred to contract job...but these junk people they put a case on you wont let u go.
Last thing now UK Home have done things very strictly if you on General tier 2 sponsared visa you are not supposed to work for contract jobs or other employers.
They are planing to give Employee Photo cards with number on it which u have provide when applying for job... In Coming months no agency will take you(Tier 2) for contract jobs....
Final advice from me is please dont go for this company.... -

Msys is a worst company...Please dont join that company and spoil ur career.
If you have any freinds in Uk just them their salary and compare it with Msys...This company loots employees..u will definitely see 700 to 1000 pounds diff per month.
I am an ex-exployee with Msys...
With the same rate of 250 pounds per day...
In Msys i use to get 2550 per month..
I left Msys and joined other consultant now i am getting 3350 pounds per month with same rate.
65% which they promise is the lowest ever given by any UK based indain consultancy company.
Moreover now it is illegal to do contract jobs with tier 2 sponsor visa, If you dont believe me just check UKBA website for working condtions. -

It is legal to do Contract jobs with Tier 2 only if the client name is mentioned in ur workpermit....which msys will not do becoz they are not their clients....

d. no help in job search, but they charge a percent of daily wages as fees for job search. how outrageous

Its been a while since i came back again,in the meantime i checked with a couple of friends and their friends who are working in the UK,some of them already with MSYS,The feedback i got is good contrary to some of the comments posted.
I also came to know that they did sue a couple of people to the county court,one of the comments posted mentions ,i am sure its one of the guys whom MSYS took to the court,those people who just left the company without any reason who failed to fulfill the bond,(what else can we expect,if we don't fulfill our part of the bond).
-They pay in time ,every 10th .
-Good marketing support,even from India.
-Excellent support in technology up gradation.
-Initial accommodation(I am surprised at this comment which has just come up,what do we expect? the company to provide us free accommodation till the end of our life or what,as a matter of fact which company gives accommodation?).
-No Bench salary,I double checked it,that's according to the Ts & C's initially agreed,so there is nothing hidden.
-Even taking people from UK to US if interested.which is good.
-Also a few of my friends even got their European permits to work in Europe through them.I think its pretty good.
So,taking into count my friends experiences, I think all is well with that company.
One thing we have to make a note,if its a blacklisted company then how are they able to process Workpermits quickly.
We gotto think logically about this point.

Who ever posted the last post, i totally agree with you.
My friend is also working with that company ,MSYS and he says its very good company.
he is with them for the last 2 years,he also finished his 2 year contract and still working with contracts.
Also by him i came to know of some other companies in London who have recently closed business.
Its interesting to read these posts.
But i feel its unfair to write something bad about some good companies.
After going through these posts i feel that the posts are being written by those friends who have had bad experiences , it would be fair to also write about their friends if they were with fake experience,or if they left the companies in the wrong way. -

i came across this site and i am not surprise at the comments at all. msys inc is really a fraud company.
u first have to sign bonds in india. come to uk with ur money .. search for job by urself n then pay 35% to these frauds. if u get in europe u have to spend more money for visa and ur salary will be much lower than in uk.
even if ur first contract is for 2 months .. they will force u to leave there guest house. when u finish ur contract they will leave u to urself search for next job. no support for ur stay or jobs from msys inc. they will only talk like big marketting guys and do nothing. a lot of my friends r jobless in msys n r now finding it difficult in uk, europe and us due to recession. my friends do not have any more job or money to support themslevs in foreign country .. they r not allowed to return and r threaten by the venu with cout cases. they r stuck. imagine not getiing jobs for months. msys will not support at all but expect u to honor the one sided contract. what will u eat where will u live? this company will spoil ur career. lot of my friens currently in msys europe,uk and us r planning to just come back home and face any consequece later from this fraud company. the bond money they claim will impact 100% there family only as they r playing with peoples lives. msys is managed like a pan bedi shop. think logically why will any one quit the company if the company is good.
how can msys be equal opportunity employer if the contracts are employer centric n all people r indians .. they have nothing to lose if u quit as they mske their money in ur 1st contract 1st months salary itself n bond amount .. u lose more than them.. words like enjoying employment are jokes. only fools can say they r enjoying employment at msys.

whosoever says that this is a good company are mostly msys inc staff ppl....else they should come forward and revel their identity as they are not against the company and telling truth....
But my poor frnds,, these msys inc well wishers are not going to doso as they themselves are big time fraud and basically belong to the staff of the company...
My suggestion is to play with this company and somehow get hold of these hyd based family business company....
Do not get into the deadly mesh of this big time frauds. -

I am recently scheduled for the technical round for Msysinc. but, after seeing all these posts, I am a little apprehensive now, about all this fraud related stuff.
People who are praising the company, are all in anonymous status and are not divulging any personal information.
It means, either they have some vested interest in marketing for the company, or they are the employees, asked to praise the company.No recent news about the company in any blogs or articles, just makes you think, if all is well over here.
I agree, there is no harm in attending the technical, and getting cleared, but after that its all upto us, if we are really that desperate to go for the job, with no knowledge of the future it holds. -

I will tell you that there is no special technical round. just a few random questions which even a child can answer.... it all depends on u pal.... i agree with quite a few opinions about the company here when it comes to negative points, after all at the end of the day.. its your decision...

I somehow feel that I too am in a big trap now. In fact I have not yet travelled to US. I had signed 1) Employee Services Agreement and 2)Undertaking Agreement last year (Feb 2007). I got the Visa approval docs only last month. Now these people are forcing me to sign another employee service agreement which has the clauses entirely different from the one which I had signed earlier. (Accoding to the new document I have to pay 50000$ if I leave the company before 2 years and in the earlier document it was 10000$)They are also reluctant to give me the contact detials of the employees who have already travelled to US from this company. I somehow feel that this is a big trap. The company name is MSys. Could you please help me out form this?
